By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This is a used competition bike and is not new. Cosmetic and mechanical wear, including scratches, scuffs, marks, decals with normal event wear, and other signs of use should be expected. Each bike has been subjected to intensive competition use.
• ALL BIKES ARE SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS,” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. CROSSFIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• You assume all risk of loss, damage, and injury arising from use of the bike following pickup. CrossFit strongly recommends that the bike be inspected and serviced by a qualified technician before use.
• Athlete name decals and competition number plates are included as part of the bike's authentic Games presentation. Decals and number plates will vary based on the competition assignment and cannot be selected or exchanged.
• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted.
• Bikes are available for on-site pickup only. Shipping is not available.
• Purchased bikes must be picked up in person during the CrossFit Games by the purchaser or a designee presenting the order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Pickup instructions, including the designated pickup location and process, will be provided at the CrossFit Retail Store Booth during the CrossFit Games, Thursday, July 23 through Sunday, July 26.
• Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and securing the bike after pickup. CrossFit is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after pickup.
• Any bike not picked up during the designated pickup window may be considered forfeited without refund unless otherwise communicated by CrossFit.Any bike not picked up by the close of the designated pickup window will be deemed forfeited without refund unless the purchaser contacts CrossFit at [merch@crossfit.com] within five (5) business days after the conclusion of the CrossFit Games to arrange an alternative pickup. CrossFit has no obligation to store, ship, or deliver unclaimed bikes.
