Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- Unused products may be returned for a full refund, but the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe.
- Defective items may be returned for either a refund or an exchange for the same item. Defects must also be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Apparel may be exchanged for a different size or color, or returned for a full refund, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
CrossFit reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if returned merchandise does not meet the criteria listed above. If a return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs should they wish to have the item returned to them.
Defects, Shortages & Claims
- Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt. All defects, damages, shortages, returns, or exchange requests must be reported to CrossFit Customer Service at retailsupport@crossfit.com within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after this period.
- We strongly recommend contacting Customer Service prior to sending a return, to confirm that the item qualifies and to ensure the return arrives within the 30-day window.
Return Instructions
- Once your return or exchange is approved, a Customer Service Representative will provide the appropriate return address and instructions via email.
- Returns without prior approval may result in delays or non-processing of your request.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or there was a shipping error on our part.
- For orders returned as "undeliverable" by the carrier (e.g., incorrect address, missing apartment number), shipping charges are non-refundable. Please verify your shipping information is correct when placing your order, as we do not modify addresses once submitted.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Any item that has been customized, decorated, or personalized is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards
Refund Timing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Once processed, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original form of payment depending on your financial institution.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Returns from international locations must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Transit times and international shipping delays do not extend this window.
- CrossFit is not responsible for any delays, lost shipments, or customs clearance issues on international returns.
