Q: How do I find a specific product?
A: To find a specific product, navigate through the categories listed on the top bar navigation to view broad groups of products, or use the search icon on the upper right-hand corner to use keywords to search for a specific product to narrow your options.
Q: Where can I find out more information on the products on this site?
A: Please contact BAMKO customer service at crossfit@bamko.net and we will be glad to provide all the details necessary or provide any more information.
Q: How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
A: You will know your order has been sent to us when you see the ‘Order Confirmation’ page on your web browser. This screen will issue an order number and provide a summary of the order you placed. You may want to print a copy or take a screenshot for your records. You will also receive an order confirmation via email when your order is placed.
Q: How will I know my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive a shipment confirmation email the same day we ship your order. In this email, there will be a tracking link for you to check the status of your order while in transit.
Q: How long does it usually take to ship my order?
A: Typically, orders will ship within 1-2 business days after placing the order. A shipping confirmation is emailed to the user once the order has been approved and shipped.
Q: How do I know what my tracking number is?
The shipping confirmation email will contain all the required information to track your shipment. You can also click on “Order History” to view your orders. When clicking on an order, you can view the order details including the status of the order and tracking information.
Q: My tracking link does not work. What should I do?
A: If your tracking link does not work, it might not have been properly scanned. Even in this case, it is likely your order will arrive on time. However, if your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, contact crossfit@bamko.net directly for further information.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact crossfit@bamko.net and provide the order number you would like to cancel. After your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancelation.
