AT CROSSFIT STORE WE HAVE A 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your CrossFit Store purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To return an item purchased through our online store, the customer must go through our returns portal below.
Please note, at the moment we do not offer free returns or exchanges.
All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn.
Please note that 7-10 working days are required to process refunds.
The customer will be notified via email once their refund has taken place.
Should you believe an item purchased from CrossFit Store to be faulty, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer.
